Adjusting report data
If your reports don’t look how you’d expect, the first place to look is your outstanding actions (on your Activity tab). Reports will update dynamically once actions are resolved. Still need help? Reach out to support@kick.co and we’ll take a closer look.
Categorization timing
Within 24 hours of connecting your accounts, you’ll get your P&L for last month and the current month. You can expect your current year-to-date categorization to be complete in 1 week (and usually sooner).
Keep in mind that for transactions requiring manual review, users on a Pro plan jump to the front of the queue, so those transactions get priority attention.
